The Sacred Elements 200-hour yoga teacher training is a journey deep into the heart of yoga. This program is designed around a strong and supportive mentor relationship. Our intention is to create an environment where students will gain the skills and knowledge necessary to strengthen their practice and understanding of the mental and spiritual benefits while obtaining the skills necessary to become a professional yoga teacher.
This 200-hour, Yoga Alliance certified teacher training is a well-rounded program steeped in lineage, tradition, and years of dedicated studentship and teaching. The program is designed to empower graduates to create safe and meaningful classes, to teach confidently, and to lead students with compassion and skill. In this program, you’ll gain an understanding of all eight limbs of yoga, and will explore how they work together to influence and change your experience of life, both on and off the mat. This training is open to all serious students, those who are aspiring yoga teachers and those who are looking to take their practice to the next level.
