This teacher training is designed for yoga teachers of any style who would like to learn to teach a fun, safe, integrated paddle board yoga class. Within this training you will learn teaching techniques, sequencing, building trust and creating an environment for your students to feel safe and empowered!
This training will be held at Shadowcliff retreat center “…an eco-friendly mountain sanctuary nestled in the heart of the Rockies and the foothills of Grand Lake Colorado. - Paddle Board Yoga sequencing including variations and adaptations
