Join Ange Stopperan as we explore the poses that embody the connecting Vinyasa transition: Down Dog, Plank, Chaturanga, Cobra and Up Dog. Ange will review the anatomy, alignment, corrections and modifications of Chaturanga Dandasana and ways to build strength to safely transition into and out of these poses as well as modification for beginners and variations for more advanced practitioners. This workshop is designed to help you build a safe foundation for your practice. Each participant will receive individualized attention and time for Q&A.
