When you step into my class you'll experience blends of deeply integrated alignment principles with fluid vinyasa, creating a practice full of intention and self-cultivated strength with purposeful moments of pause and reflection. I encourage my students to embody their practice in the most authentic way.  I'm inspired by nature and the energy we bring and receive in each interaction. I incorporate the elements and energetic channels into my teachings creating space for students to connect within. My yoga and meditation practices have supported and helped me shift through life’s transitions; always serving as a reminder of the importance of self love, acceptance, compassion, and the power of connection.
