It is your responsibility to read and understand our terms, conditions and policies before making your reservation.
1. Booking Policy:
A booking is confirmed when the Facilitators receive a non-refundable deposit or payment of the entire balance for a Retreat.
The Student must provide the Facilitators with a signed copy of the Payment Policy and Foreign Travel Waiver at least 30 days before the start date of the Retreat.
The Student must be over the age of 18 years to attend a Retreat. Students under the age of 18 may be allowed to attend if approved in writing and in advance by the Facilitators, and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who is over the age of 18.
2. Payment Policy:
The balance due for a Retreat must be paid by the date indicated on the reservation confirmation. Failure to pay the balance due for the Retreat within the payment policy timeframe specified herein will result in forfeiture of the deposit and cancellation of the booking.
All extra services, including, but not limited to, any food or beverage items not specifically included in the selected written Retreat package, are the sole responsibility of the Student.
3. Cancellation Policy:
All confirmed bookings are non-refundable.
In the event the Retreat you are registered for has a waiting list, you may be able to receive a full refund minus a non-refundable deposit plus a 5% transaction fee by transferring your registration to a student on the waiting list. If the Retreat does not have a waiting list, but you have a person who can take your place, you may be able to receive a full refund minus a non-refundable deposit plus a 5% transaction fee by transferring your registration to that person.
All booking transfer requests must be submitted in writing to angiekkatz@gmail.com at least 30 days prior to the commencement of the Retreat and must be approved in writing.
There are no exceptions to this Cancellation Policy. No credits or discounts will be given for late arrivals, early departures, or activities missed during the Retreat. For the best student experience, it is strongly recommended that Students attend all scheduled sessions during the Retreat.
Trip insurance is required for all bookings.
Students who fail to provide the signed Forms and Releases at least 30 days prior to the Retreat commencement date will be subject to automatic cancellation, and the above cancellation policies will apply.
In the event the Facilitators cancel a Retreat, all monies paid to the Facilitators toward the Retreat will be refunded. In such an event, the Released are not responsible for loss of monies related to travel expenses, including but not limited to airfare, bus, ferry, taxi, hotel, or accommodation expenses, loss of work, or any other costs associated with the booked Retreat.
In the event the Facilitators change a scheduled Retreat date for any reason, the Student may transfer their full payment to another date, pending availability, or may request a full refund of their payment. The Released shall not be liable for failures beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, weather or Acts of God, war, airport closures, civil unrest, terrorism, equipment failure, labor strikes, or failure to perform by third-party suppliers or subcontractors.
4. Services & Fees:
The Facilitators’ services, providers, and transaction fees are subject to change at any time. The Facilitators reserve the right to change their offerings or agreed-upon services due to special circumstances, external forces, changes in governmental regulations, third-party delays, weather, nature-related conditions, or any other reason that, in the sole discretion of the Facilitators, requires such change.
If any essential details are changed, the Student will be informed at the Facilitators’ earliest convenience. The Retreat program, schedule, and inclusions may change at any time without notice.
The Facilitators reserve the right to change location(s) due to unforeseen issues, third-party delays, accommodation issues, or construction.
The Facilitators reserve the right to change or amend the Booking, Payment, and Cancellation Policies at any time. The current policy in effect shall always apply.
The Facilitators reserve the right to change the itinerary and teachers due to unforeseen issues, health concerns, or third-party delays.
5. Travel & Safety:
It is the Student’s responsibility to ensure they have all required travel documentation and arrive on time for flights, trains, buses, or other transportation.
The Released accept no responsibility for delays or cancellations of any transportation.
The Student must comply fully with all health and safety regulations introduced by the Facilitators and is responsible for their own safety at all times.
6. Accommodations:
